A down payment, the security deposit apart
Nothing is charged when you ask. Once confirmed within 48 hours, you pay a down payment, then the balance before arrival. The security deposit is separate: a card authorisation, not charged.

When will I be charged?
When you book, you pay a 30% deposit on the rental by card. The balance, tourist tax included, is charged automatically 30 days before arrival; if you arrive in less than 30 days, everything is paid at once.
Can we pay in instalments?
Yes, in up to 4 instalments: a 30% deposit when you book, then the balance in 3 payments at regular intervals, at least one week apart, the last one 30 days before arrival. If you arrive sooner, there are fewer payments; less than 30 days ahead, everything is paid at once.
What are the cancellation terms?
Up to 30 days before arrival, no fees are charged. From 29 to 15 days before arrival, 50% of the booking fees are retained. From 14 to 8 days before arrival, 75% of the booking fees are retained. Less than 8 days before arrival, the booking is due in full.
What are the security deposit terms?
The security deposit is handled directly through our website: a card authorisation, not charged, placed 2 days before arrival and released 5 days after departure. Villa Phéron: €1,000, Villa Jasmin: €1,500, both villas together: €2,000.
Can we book both villas together?
Yes. That is our “Les Villas Jasmin” group offer: up to 15 guests, 6 bedrooms, two neighbouring villas on the same gated property, each with its own gate, with the pool and the hot tub.
Do we need a car?
Yes, we recommend it: Guadeloupe is best explored by car. The airport is 15 minutes away and each villa has two parking spaces, one inside the gated property.
Is there a parking space?
Yes, one indoor parking space and one outdoor parking space.
Is the pool heated? Is there a hot tub?
Yes: Villa Jasmin's private pool (20 m²) is heated. The 4-seat hot tub belongs to Villa Phéron; with the group offer, you enjoy both.
Can we throw a party?
No. The property is quiet: no parties or events, and quiet hours run from 10 pm to 8 am. Family meals around the pool are very welcome.
What if the water is cut off?
The villa has its own backup water tank, which takes over if the mains supply is cut.
