House rules

Occupancy

• The home is reserved for the people registered when booking, up to its capacity. No other person may stay there, even for one night.
• Parties, receptions and events are not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.

Smoking

The home is entirely non-smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed on the terrace, provided you use an ashtray and leave no cigarette ends in the garden.

Respect for the property and the neighbours

• Please keep the neighbourhood quiet, especially between 10 pm and 8 am.
• Any damage or malfunction must be reported to the concierge without delay.

Water and energy

• The home has a water tank. Please use water sparingly, especially if the mains supply is cut.
• The air conditioning must be switched off, with doors and windows closed, when nobody is in the home.

Hot tub and pool

• Shower before each use.
• No glass in or around the hot tub and the pool.
• Close the hot tub cover after use.
• Use is at the occupants' own risk. Children are the responsibility of their parents.

Cleaning

• A full clean is done before your arrival and after your departure.
• During your stay, day-to-day upkeep is up to the occupants: dishes, floors, shower room and taking out the bins. The home must be kept clean and in good condition.

Waste sorting

• The orange-lid bin goes out on Monday and Friday evenings.
• The yellow-lid bin goes out on Wednesday evenings.

Hurricane season

In the event of a hurricane alert, occupants follow the prefecture's instructions and those of the concierge. In particular, they must bring in the garden furniture and close the shutters.

Arrival and departure

• Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am at the latest. For an arrival or departure outside these hours, let the concierge know at least 48 hours in advance.
• The keys are handed over by the concierge at the address of the home, sent after booking. Please confirm your arrival time the day before at the latest, allowing for the drive from Pôle Caraïbes airport, about 12 minutes away.
• Parking: one space inside the property and one outside.
• A check-in inventory is done with the concierge. The Wi-Fi and practical information are in the welcome booklet, on site and in your booking page.
• On departure: leave the home tidy, the dishes done and the bins emptied, switch off the air conditioning, close doors and windows, and hand the keys back to the concierge in person.

Electrical panel

Opening the electrical panel or making any changes to it is strictly forbidden.
